As with any other blog that I have tried to start, this is the beginning. Hopefully this one will take hold a contain my thoughts, wisdom and research to all manner of things that I am currently interested in. This morning, it will be my daily breakfast smoothie - what to have, what to have. I believe I will start with a banana, then add peaches, yogurt, coconut milk and of course some vanilla protein powder. Let's see how that turns out! Ahh, yummy delicious-ness! I always use vanilla, although plain can be used also.

Do you happen to ever use the chocolate protein powder? I have some and was wondering what to put with it besides a banana and strawberries or raspberries?

I do have chocolate protein powder and I use it with banana, peanut butter and vanilla yogurt or coconut milk. More often I use the chocolate almond milk. But I use pineapple with chocolate also!
