2023 is here!
I currently work out of my “office” in my home as I prepare for full time retirement from my practice.
Be advised that I am STILL NOT retiring at this time, just moving my location out of a rental space and limiting my hours. I will still be able to provide the same massage services that many of you have come to expect and enjoy;
just in the comfort of my own space “on the mountain”.
If you choose not to come to my home, I can provide some alternative therapists in the area at that time.
As an additional enhancement from working from my home, during nice weather we may be able to do massage “on the porch” or in the “pavilion” to take advantage of the outside wooded area that surrounds my home.
YOU, my clients are very important to me and I look forward to working with you in my new location.
ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE and I would expect you to not be scheduling and/or rescheduling if you have any symptoms or have been with anyone with symptoms or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19. I would like you to have been vaccinated but if you have not been then masks will still be required.
Also, be aware that my home does include pets (cats and dogs)
who will be kept out of the area where massage will be given.

- Reiki and Chakra Balancing
- Hot/Cold Stone Massage if requested in advance
- Cold Stone Facial Massage

Who is The Body Mechanics?
Welcome to the website of The Body Mechanics
The Body Mechanics is the original name of my business in Florida and is the name that I use for my massage practice in Pennsylvania and my Continuing Education classes. As I evolve this name may change but for now it encompasses all that I do. I am a licensed Massage Therapist in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania. I am also Nationally Certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and an educator in the field of massagefor almost 15.
